Your score is your total press and pull ups.

Max reps - as many repetitions as you can until you take the barbell below your shoulders or your feet touch the ground on the pull ups.

You can:

  • rest in the front rack or overhead
  • rest hanging from the pull up bar

You head out for a run if you:

  • Bring the bar to your hip or the floor
  • either foot touches the floor or a box
