Your score is your total press and pull ups.
Max reps - as many repetitions as you can until you take the barbell below your shoulders or your feet touch the ground on the pull ups.
You can:
- rest in the front rack or overhead
- rest hanging from the pull up bar
You head out for a run if you:
- Bring the bar to your hip or the floor
- either foot touches the floor or a box
