Speedy Salinas Presents - Cards Against Humanity

30 min AMRAP -  work in teams of 2 or 3, work at the same time.

Using a deck of cards, assign the movements to the suits

  • Hearts - pull ups
  • Diamonds - push ups
  • Spades - situps
  • Clubs - squats
  • Joker - 400m run

Reps = the number of the card

face cards = 10

Ace = 11

Looking to spice it up? Double the reps for Diamonds (push ups) and Clubs (squats) for an Rx+ option.
