Teams of 2, for time:

8 x 200m farmers carries: 2 x 22.5/15 DB or 24/16 KBs

  • 200 box jumps 24/20
  • 300 air squats
  • 200 burpees

Athlete 1 begins farmers carry

Athlete 2 works on box jumps, air squats and burpees. They can be partitioned how ever you like.

Once A1 returns, swap.

If you finish the farmers carries then both can work on the other movements at the same time until they are finished.

If you finish the movements then you can both go out on the farmers carry, swap the weights as you see fit.
