  • 4 lateral burpees over the bar

  • 2 clean and jerk

  • 8 lateral burpees over the bar

  • 3 clean and jerk

  • 12 lateral burpees over the bar

add 1 clean and jerk each new round, add 4 to the burpess for each new round

Then straight into:

  • run a mile
