30 min EMOM

  • 5 pull ups

  • 10 push ups

  • 15 squats

30 reps need to be completed to count as a successful round.

Scaling, you can reduce the reps to be able to make the workload in one minute
eg:

  • 5 ring rows

  • 7 push ups

  • 9 squats

    Rx + - if you have successfully completed this workout before for all 30 rounds add one rep to each movement

  • 6 pull ups

  • 11 push ups

  • 16 squats
