  1. 1 - 10 handstand push ups
  2. :20sec hollow hold
  3. 5 hang clean  + 3 front squats - you choose the load
  4. rest

Choose a number of HSPU and aim to stick with it over the 6 rounds, choose a weight for the hang clean + front squat combo that will allow you to move through unbroken.
