part a

  • 50 dumbbell snatch 22.5/15 
  • 50 double unders

then part b

Jackie

  • 1000m row
  • 50 thrusters 20/15
  • 25 pull ups

P1 starts part a, once finished the P2 starts part a. When P2 has finished part a then P1 can start jackie as soon as P1 finished then P2 can start Jackie.
