Phillip - "Death by Wallballs"

Complete one wallball on the start of the first minute, two wallballs on the second minute, three wallballs on the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete wallballs for the number of minutes on the timer.

City - "Death by Power Clean"

Complete one Power Clean on the start of the first minute, two Power Clean on the second minute, three Power Clean on the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete Power Clean for the number of minutes on the timer.

Rest 4 mins then......

“Death by Burpees”

Complete one Burpee on the start of the first minute, two Burpees on the second minute, three Burpees on the third minute, and so on until you can no longer complete Burpees for the number of minutes on the timer.
