  • 12 deadlifts

  • 9 hang power cleans

  • 6 shoulders to overhead

rest between rounds.

start at 50-60% of your max clean, add weight each round.

Death by double unders

  • 1st min 10 DU

  • 2nd min 20 DU

  • 3rd min 30 DU

etc until you cannot meet the requirement
