4 rounds for time:

  • handstand hold while partner completes 20 burpees

  • dead hang from pull up bar while partner completes 20 push ups

  • hold the top of push up position while partner completes 20 pull ups

  • hold the bottom position of a squat while your partner completes 20 goblet squats

  • hold a plate overhead 20/15 while your partner completes 20 sit ups
